“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times,
I am going to depart from my usual message focus, because my heart is heavy, and my spirit is crying out for me to speak out about something that is so evil, that it has crept into our very midst within the church. Unless you do not read newspapers, nor watch news broadcasts, or live in a cave somewhere, you must be aware that the world seems to have gone crazy! Things are changing, for the worst, so rapidly that it’s hard to keep track of them, let alone absorb their full implication. The average “man on the street” might consider these changes, events and trends to be signs of a new, modern and socially aware society, however, the Child of God, with spiritual discernment, can see a far different and sinister cause and effect. In 1 Timothy 4:1, Paul tells us that what he is about to reveal comes expressly from the Holy Spirit, and his focal point is the “latter days”, in which we now live. God did not tell us these things because it would make interesting reading, but as a dire warning to our generation. A battle line has been drawn in the sand between the forces of darkness, and the Bride of Messiah - the church! Our moral values, our Bible based doctrines, our faith and our very lives are under intense attack during these final days before Messiah’s return. We are living during a time when much of the world, and the number is growing quickly, possess a “reprobate mind”, as was spoken of by Paul in Romans Chapter 1, when he wrote, “Who change the truth of God into a lie, and worship and serve the creature, more than the The “Gay Rights Movement” has only one central objective; to destroy the traditional foundation of the family, which is both Biblical and God ordained. God created man, and then woman, joined them together in marriage, which completed them both, and commanded them to go forth and multiply. Traditional marriage between a man and a women is a picture of the relationship between Messiah Jesus and His church. In fact, the church is referred to in scripture as the “Bride of Christ”. The argument of the Gay agenda is one of “political correctness” and “equal rights”. They completely reject the Biblical foundation of marriage, making God a liar, and have moved their argument into the political arena. Their goal is to make homosexual relationships socially acceptable to the point where that are on an even playing field with “straight” unions, fully accepted by society, until finally, they become the norm. Those who take a stand for traditional marriage and biblical morals are branded as biased, bigots, hateful, religious fanatics or kooks. It is not considered “politically correct” to condemn homosexuality for the abomination that God has declared it to be. In the short time since the first liberal Judge took it upon himself to issue same sex marriage licenses, this abomination has exploded like wildfire in different areas of the country, with thousands of licenses issued, and so-called marriages performed. One county, while waiting for a court ruling on the legality of who may marry, suspended issuing marriage licenses to everyone until the matter is settled. Sadly, some of the biggest defenders and proponents of the Gay agenda have been liberal churches that claim the name of Christ. Denominations that once preached sound doctrine and were strong in the true faith, have ordained Gay ministers and Bishops, perform same sex marriages, and openly defy the Word of God! Never have the words of the Holy Spirit rung so loud and clear! The fulfillment of this prophetic utterance can be viewed daily in our courts, newspapers and TV news reports. Seducing spirits and doctrine of devils have gained a strong foothold, not only in society, but in the very church itself. Dear friends, make no mistake about it! This “doctrine” or teaching originates from the very pit of hell, as the enemy prepares the way for the coming of Antichrist. Other raging battles in this war against the church are evolution, abortion, the New Age Movement, and the Sexual Revolution, just to name a few. What God has ordained, the enemy tries to tear down. This raging war against the church has created a society which disavows creation by God, and credits our existence to pure chance. We are told it our “right” to kill our children in the womb, worship nature and demonic spirits, and engage in all manner of sexual activity outside of marriage. It is time for the true children of God to put on the “full armor of God” and enter the battle with our swords (Bibles) drawn! The battle belongs to the Lord, and we are His soldiers. God’s will is what will determine the outcome, but we must be willing to let our voices be heard. Not just within our church buildings to our congregations! We need to take a public stand for what we know to be truth. It is not enough to be on the defensive! We must be on the offence, using every occasion and means to let those around us know what is right and true. We need to leave our comfort zone, and expose the lie! I believe that the end of the church age, which is called the “Time of the Gentiles”, and the return of Messiah Jesus to the Earth will take place during our generation. This generation!! That is very exciting, but it is also sobering to realize that what we are seeing on the world stage today, is prophetic, and testifies to the time and season we live in, and the amazing accuracy of Bible prophecy. I believe that the next great event on the prophetic timetable will be the beginning of the “Time of Jacob’s troubles”, or the “Great Tribulation”, with the unveiling of Antichrist. Keep your eye on Israel, God’s prophetic timepiece, and pray for the peace of Jerusalem. As the time approaches, allow me to encourage you to draw closer to the Lord, to your brethren in Messiah, and to make your presence known to a sinful and dying world.
