Today, Islam is growing at an alarming rate, and is threatening to to take over political and economic power in many nations around the globe. A recent report said that within 20 years, Muslims will make up over 20 per cent of the population of Europe, and could be strong enough in the United States to elect a Muslim president based upon their own votes alone. Muslim theology teaches that all peoples and nations must be converted to Islam, or put to death, and any means needed to bring about the desired end is acceptable, including lying and deception.
Just as Christian are awaiting the return of our Messiah, Jesus, Islam is awaiting a “messiah figure” they call “The Mahdi”, or “12th Iman”, who will come to fight all the enemy’s of Islam, and cause all the earth to worship “Allah”! Over 1 billion people are eagerly awaiting the “Mahdi” - the 12th Imam. The following is found on a website called “Answering Islam”!
The Mahdi is believed to be a future Muslim world leader who will not only rule over the Islamic world, but also the non-Muslim world as well. The Mahdi is said to lead a world revolution that will establish a new Islamic world order throughout the entire earth:
The Mahdi will establish right and justice in the world and eliminate evil and corruption. He will fight against the enemies of the Muslims who would be victorious.
He will reappear on the appointed day, and then he will fight against the forces of evil, lead a world revolution and set up a new world order based on justice, righteousness and virtue, ultimately the righteous will take the world administration in their hands and Islam will be victorious over all the religions.
The Mahdi is Islam’s primary messiah figure. He will be a descendant of Muhammad and will bear Muhammad’s name (Muhammad bin Abdullah). He will be a very devout Muslim. He will be an unparalleled spiritual, political and military world leader. He will emerge after a period of great turmoil and suffering upon the earth.
Notice the similarities between the Islamic “Mahdi” and the beast of Revelations. Is the Last days false religious system Islam”? Are all the prophetic pieces falling into place that will usher in the advent of the false prophet who will require all upon the earth to bend the knee to “Allah”?
Notice the similarities between the world war the “Mahdi” will wage against the enemy’s of Islam and all those who reject “Allah”, and the last great world war that ends at Armageddon, with the return of the true Messiah, Jesus, who destroys the forces of the antichrist and establishes His earthly kingdom for 1000 year’s!
It has begun! The war taking place around us is not just a “war on terror”, it is a spiritual battle for our very souls. The enemy is a deceiver and a liar, and mirrors the works of the Lord. The Muslim “messiah” is a false copy of the real thing, and will lead the world into utter destruction. Time is oh so short, and we need to be about the Fathers business while time allows. \
The scriptures admonish us that we are not to bow the knee to the antichrist, and that many will be martyred for the faith. We are told, “therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us WATCH and be sober.” 1 Thes. 5:6 Why is the alarm not
being sounded by every true Christian? Why are we not being warned and prepared for the coming firestorm from every pulpit? Why is the church asleep? Why?
